About Me

Our bodies are always speaking to us telling us of thirst, telling us of hunger, telling us of disease. It’s when we begin to understand what we are being told that we are on the path to good health.

forkMy name is Cathy. I am a Holistic Nutritionist and Cancer Coach and I want to show you the power that lies at the end of your fork.

Our current view of food as simply the source of energy is narrow. Food has a much greater role. It heals, it strengthens and it nourishes each pillar of our being; our mind, our body and our soul. Food has the power to prevent and to reverse disease.

About Me

I have a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto with a major in Psychology. I am a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and I’m a Certified Professional Cancer Coach. I am also a huge Toronto sports fan and a breast cancer survivor.

I specialize in the functional application of nutrition for root cause health improvement in the area of chronic disease with a focus on cancer care.

I have appeared on television and at speaking engagements educating people on topics such as nutritional support for cancer patients, managing side effects of allopathic cancer care, the Microbiome and its links to health, immune support, improving gut health and cancer coaching. I am currently the host of TheHealthHub, a radio talk show and podcast covering various aspects of Integrative health.

Taken separately, none of this defines me. But collectively it is a reflection of who I am today and sets me on the path of where I will be tomorrow.

My education and experiences have given me a profound understanding of how vitally important proper Nutrition and Lifestyle are to achieving optimum health.

Whether you are looking for Nutritional Consulting or Cancer Coaching, or a great health podcast, it is my deepest hope to inspire you to take your health in to your own hands.  To give you the tools allowing you to make informed decisions about your health that will lead you to a live a life of vibrancy, vitality and well being.
